We'll prorate any remaining time on your current subscription, so you only pay for the difference. There's no downtime during upgrades, and all your existing links and data will remain intact throughout the process.

Yes! Custom domain functionality is available with all of our plans; you can select other domains in selection. While your own branded domain starts with the Brand Enterprise plan subscription. This allows you to create branded short links using your own domain (like yourbrand.com/link instead of linkplea.se/link). Setting up your custom domain is simple - just add the domain in your dashboard settings and follow our step-by-step DNS configuration guide.

All purchases of LinkPlease subscriptions are final and non-refundable. When you sign up for a paid plan, you're agreeing to the full subscription period (monthly or annual). We don't issue refunds for partial use, early cancellation, or change of mind. This policy allows us to maintain our competitive pricing structure and focus on continuous improvement of our services.
